Mesozoic 2 "Little Prince"

I was surprised on the day this piece was finished, considering in it's infancy it was fused from 2 other pieces, then grew from there. What makes me nervous, upon reflection of this process, is it's unpredictability.  Some of the stronger points of the piece came to be because I just found other scraps of paper from the floor.  Also there's a little homage (or as called by fine artists appropriation) from a famous graphic novel.  Off the subject a bit I have been exploring and researching contemporary drawing as well as it's development.  So I'm kinda excited about that.  Anyway enjoy!

Sometimes I just need to decompress. The work then usually becomes very raw and immediate, and not complex.  I suppose it's only natural anyone can get exhausted with working on a single piece of art for an extended time.
